Learn, use, and evaluate various blockchain applications and tool products, continuously track community popularity, operational data, team updates, and other information; 3. Use investment research platform tools to organize and update the research findings of front-line investment institutions and maintain the company's investment research database.
Job Requirements: 1. Have great passion for the blockchain industry, love to think, and possess structured thinking and logical reasoning abilities; 2. Possess basic knowledge of the blockchain industry (understand the fundamentals of major public chains, DeFi, NFT, Layer2); 3. Experience in token secondary market investment is preferred; 4. Proficient in basic skills such as data and information collection, possess strong research and analysis capabilities, and those with related internship experience are preferred.
Job responsibilities: 1. Assist in the operation of USD VC and token funds: assist in fund establishment, fundraising, customer KYC, daily fund operations and maintenance, and handle various fund data statistics. 2. Coordinate with administrative management, custodianship, valuation, and auditing institutions for USD Web3 VC funds and token funds. 3. Assist in the daily operations of RMB PE and VC funds: assist in fund business registration, change and cancellation; 4. assist in fund manager's registration, disclosure, and other matters; fund data statistics; preparation of relevant documents and fund disclosure reports during the fund's existence. 5. Assist in communication with third-party institutions such as banks, industry and commerce, taxation, auditing, and securities firms. 6. Assist in producing and sending quarterly investment reports to fund investors. 7. Participate in writing fund investment research reports for the company.Manage company official social media accounts and assist in community operations. 8. Perform daily administrative tasks.
Job requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in law, accounting, finance preferred. 1-3 years of work experience or fresh graduates. Excellent English language skills. Priority will be given to those who have passed the fund qualification examination. Possess financial knowledge of private equity funds, asset management products, and risk management, with good risk control awareness. Proficient in OFFICE software. Good communication skills and team spirit.
